What started as a simple part of my art process became my full-time business.As a teenager drawing comics, I used to take my own reference photos- just with a basic phone. It wasn’t a strategy, it was instinct.

Years later, while working as a an art teacher, I began to feel stuck. I knew I reached my full potential in school and felt I need to move on, but I didn’t yet know how.

So I made my first reference pack and uploaded it to ArtStation-without expectations.Then COVID changed everything. I lost my income overnight. But that one pack started selling.

That moment shifted everything.

I kept creating. Kept building. And step by step, I turned something deeply personal into a sustainable business.

Today, I create professional photo references for artists worldwide and what once supported my art now is my art.

And in many ways, I’ve come full circle.
