This Return Policy applies to all purchases made through www.satinezillah.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Digital Products (Reference Photo Packs)
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:
If you accidentally purchased the same photo pack more than once.
If you accidentally purchased two packs when you intended to buy one (duplicate purchase error).
No refunds are provided for change of mind or accidental selection of the wrong pack.
No exchanges are offered for digital products.
2. Physical Products (Prints)
Prints are carefully packaged, but in rare cases they may arrive damaged during transit.
If your print arrives damaged, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. To process a replacement or refund, please provide a clear photo of the damaged item.
Depending on your preference, we will either:
Send you a replacement print at no additional cost, or
Issue a full refund.
Customers are not required to return the damaged print.
We cover the cost of shipping for replacements in cases of damage.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays or additional fees caused by customs in your country.
3. Processing Refunds & Replacements
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Replacement prints will be shipped as soon as possible after confirmation of the damage.
