Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to all purchases made through www.satinezillah.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Digital Products (Reference Photo Packs)

  • Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable.

  • Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

    • If you accidentally purchased the same photo pack more than once.

    • If you accidentally purchased two packs when you intended to buy one (duplicate purchase error).

  • No refunds are provided for change of mind or accidental selection of the wrong pack.

  • No exchanges are offered for digital products.

2. Physical Products (Prints)

  • Prints are carefully packaged, but in rare cases they may arrive damaged during transit.

  • If your print arrives damaged, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. To process a replacement or refund, please provide a clear photo of the damaged item.

  • Depending on your preference, we will either:

    • Send you a replacement print at no additional cost, or

    • Issue a full refund.

  • Customers are not required to return the damaged print.

  • We cover the cost of shipping for replacements in cases of damage.

  • Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays or additional fees caused by customs in your country.

3. Processing Refunds & Replacements

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Replacement prints will be shipped as soon as possible after confirmation of the damage.
