RETURN POLICY

This Return Policy applies to all purchases made through www.satinezillah.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Digital Products (Photo Reference Packs & Bundles)

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

• If you accidentally purchased the same photo pack more than once.
• If you accidentally purchased two packs when you intended to buy one (duplicate purchase error).

No refunds are provided for change of mind or accidental selection of the wrong pack. No exchanges are offered for digital products.

2. Physical Products (Prints)

Prints are carefully packaged, but in rare cases they may arrive damaged during transit. Prints can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Returns for Any Reason (14-Day Window)

Customers may return prints for any reason within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is in its original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

Damaged or Defective Prints

In most cases, customers are not required to return damaged items — we will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

How damaged-item returns work:
• If your print arrives damaged, please notify us within 14 days of delivery and provide a clear photo of the damaged item.
• We will either send a replacement print free of charge or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
• Shipping costs for replacements due to damage are covered by us.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays or additional fees caused by customs in your country.

3. Processing Refunds & Replacements

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Replacement prints will be shipped as soon as possible after confirmation of the damage.
