  • No exchanges are offered for digital products.

4. Physical Products (Prints)

  • Prints are prepared and shipped within 2–3 business days after purchase.

  • Delivery may take up to 14 business days, depending on destination and postal service.

  • Shipping costs are included in the product price unless stated otherwise.

Returns for Prints

  • Prints may be returned within 14 days of delivery for any reason, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

Damaged or Defective Prints

  • If a print arrives damaged, please notify us within 14 days of delivery and provide a clear photo of the damaged item.

  • In most cases, damaged items do not need to be returned.

  • We will provide either a free replacement or a full refund to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs for replacements due to damage are covered by us.

We are not responsible for delays or additional fees caused by customs or postal services.
